Health Roundtable is pleased to welcome Julia Cooper as General Manager.
Julia joins Health Roundtable at an important time, as the organisation continues to evolve how it supports members through insight, collaboration, and data-led improvement. Over recent months, Julia has been working closely with the Board and team to understand member priorities and the role Health Roundtable plays in supporting meaningful outcomes across the health system.
Health Roundtable is a member-owned organisation, established to enable shared learning, trusted benchmarking, and informed decision-making. Our focus is on helping members understand performance, identify opportunity, and translate insight into action - from ward to board.
Julia brings extensive experience working alongside healthcare leaders in complex environments, with a strong emphasis on partnership, innovation, and data-driven insight. Her approach is grounded in listening first, ensuring Health Roundtable continues to evolve in step with member needs.
We would also like to thank Rebecca Clarke for her leadership during the interim period. Rebecca has played a key role in maintaining momentum and continuity, and we look forward to her continued contribution as she transitions into her new role Head of Transformation & Community.
Over the coming months, Julia will be meeting with members across the network to listen, share what’s evolving, and explore how Health Roundtable can continue to support outcomes that matter.
